The proprietor a established themselves in the restaurant business during the early 1990's. The friendly relaxed atmosphere is appropriately balanced in a stylish designed decor which provides the perfect setting for an intimate date or for opportunity to meet that "special" someone.

APPA. JANARDHAN NARAYAN LADKAT

LAND & RESTAURANT OWNER

Janardhan Narayan Ladkat famously known as "APPA" by all the people living around him is a 68 year old man, whose family has been located here since the beginning of any known settlement of this area.

He is known to have owned most of the land in the area and has seen the lane develop from a jungle to what it is today. As a young boy he helped his mother in farming most of the land after his father passed away. He then opened a small food stall where they sold Tea, Bhajiya, Wada Pav, Farsan etc. He then started a Restaurant and then the permit room which is now looked after by his two sons.

Appa is bonded to his land and his surroundings, prefering to grow his own produce, constructing things himself.
